Booking Policy:

In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment, we will contact you after booking your appointment for credit card information to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policies are provided below.

  • Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

  • When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

  • Our online booking system will not allow you to cancel your appointment same day. You must call and leave us a message to cancel if you cancel  less than 24 hours before your appointment time.

Series of treatments:

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any spa treatment series that are purchased. We will, however exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value.


A credit card must be on file to hold all appointments.

Etiquette:

We respect the privacy of our guest and focus on maintaining the tranquility of the spa environment. In effort to provide the most relaxing experience for everyone, we ask that all visiting guests adhere to the following spa terms:

  • Please help us maintain a relaxed and rejuvenating experience by placing phones on vibrate while in the spa.

​

  • Please do not bring unattended babies/toddlers to your lash appointment. Please understand that your Service Provider is on a tight schedule of appointments and they need to dedicate 100% of their attention to you.

​

  • Cell phone use, talking or texting is strictly limited.​​

​

  • At time of booking you MUST declare any medications you are taking, allergies you have or skin disorders. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your treatment.

​

Late Policy:
If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.

Cell Phone Policy:
We ask that all cell phones are tuned off or on silent in the treatment rooms. If you are receiving a Service we ask that you wait for cellphone use until after your service is complete. Here at the Flourished Spa we do not want to  take away any of your time.

Products and Services:

All services are provided and or supervised by a licensed esthetician and skincare professional. We use professional skincare product lines and we also have professional Skincare products for everyday use available for purchase at our spa and from our website.

  •  Prices for products and services will be listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. 

  • Sales and specials are offered periodically and advertised on our website or social media. 

  • Discounts or special prices are valid during the limited time frame specified in the sales description. 

  • Please contact us directly for questions about pricing for services or products.

Extractions + Hyperpigmentation Policy:
Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash session. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise we will charge a $15 makeup removal fee and the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session and you will still pay the full price. We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection.
