Shipping Questions & Challenges
We use the United States Postal Service [USPS] to ship our products, as we find it to be more cost effective and reliable to our consumers. You can track your package using the Tracking number in your Shipping Conformation Email. Please note we DO NOT reship products that the USPS confirmed "Delivered" on the tracking page. If your package was confirmed delivered but you did not receive it into your hands, we Recommend you speak with your family & loved ones; neighbors; or roommates to see if anyone else brought in the package. [ This happens more often than you think] Also make sure you don't have valuable packages delivered to your doorstep without a resident home. It is very risky ! If the package is still unable to be located, please follow the instructions on the " Missing Mail" Page of the USPS Website.
