In order to obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible. Prepayment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card.
Please note: For your security, we do not store your full credit card information. Rather, our payment processor provides us with a secure, unique token that is encrypted and cannot be used by anyone else to charge your account.
Online bookings require a pre-payment using credit, debit or electronic gift card number. You can easily reschedule or cancel your pre-paid appointment anytime prior to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time without affecting your payment. Simply change or cancel while in your account on our website or by calling us at (305)-349-3647. If you cancel or reschedule, an automatic credit will be placed on your account to use anytime.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 72 hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 72 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of fifty Dollars [$50.00].
You can cancel or Reschedule your appointment by contacting us at (305)-349-3647 or (305)-209-5645. ALL no call, no show appointments will be charged 50% or Full Service Price. For Groupon Customers your redemption will be marked as used for ANY no call, no show appointments made.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require prepayment to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking.

- 31 mins late = APPOINTMENT CANCELED
Unfortunately, for spa services & classes we cannot accept any refund request, all services (includes spa packages) purchased, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. You may be able to exchange for another service of equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of booked appointment. Services cannot be refunded on because of concern or expected results. We are committed to assist our guest with all their concerns and shall advise for correction in post treatment protocol and regimen to be followed. It may require a follow-up visit at the spa for free consultation
- Gift certificates are considered like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable. All gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase regardless if the expiration date is listed on the card or not.
- Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. There are no refunds or exchanges for gift cards.
- Gift cards can only be redeemed at The Flourished Spa location.
- Discounts, coupons & new client specials are not valid on gift certificates.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchased with a gift card.
- If a gift card is used to hold an appointment, and you miss your appointment or do not reschedule before our 24 hour window, you will forfeit your gift card. Please see our cancellation policy for more details.
Groupon Customers :
We take pride in equality and treating our customers the same undivided attention across the board. Please be aware when booking with a Groupon, it is best to give us a call to confirm if we have availability for your desired Date and time before purchasing your Groupon. We do receive a large influx of calls, bookings and walk ins, so please keep this in mind while booking your appointment. Customers can redeem ANY groupon at any one of our locations. All Groupon Redemption codes are held on file as a deposit and is redeemed at the start time of your service. Our guest do have the option to put a card on file, to secure their booking.
Groupon Refund Policy:
All Coupons or voucher Redemption codes are collected during the time of your booking to reserve your appointment. Please follow our cancelation policy. Canceling your appointment 72 Hours in advance. All coupon vouchers are redeemed at the time of your appointment. If you do not have your redemption code at the time, a card will be taken to hold and reserve your appointment.
If you are running late people call us at (305)349-3647 to let your technician know you will be running behind.
Our Groupon vouchers can be redeemed at ANY Flourished Spa location. Please make sure to read groupon policies before purchasing your voucher. If you have any questions please make sure to contact us before purchasing your groupon.
What Is the Groupon Refund Policy?
customers can return any unredeemed Groupon for a refund of the amount paid within the first three days after purchase. After that, all sales are final unless stated otherwise in the Fine Print. Groupons may always be redeemed for at least the amount the customer paid for it—even after the promotional value has expired.
If you attempt to buy a deal without meeting the purchase criteria in the Fine Print—such as the ones listed here—you may encounter trouble at checkout, or you may not be able to use your Groupon with the merchant.

Every Groupon has different terms for expiration. Check the Fine Print and your voucher to find your specific expiration date, before which you'll want to use your voucher.
A few examples of different expiration terms include:
Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires.
Expiration varies (if the Fine Print says this, you'll need to check your Groupon after purchase to view the expiration date of your deal).
Terms for Using Your Groupon:
The Fine Print will let you know what to expect when using your Groupon, including whether a reservation or a visit to the merchant's website is required.
Here is some language you'll come across and what it means:
Valid online only— You'll need to complete your purchase on the merchant's website in order to receive your product(s). Once you buy the deal on Groupon, your Groupon itself will include a "How to Use" section with information on how to do that.
Valid only at purchased location/s— When a Groupon is valid only for one or more specific locations, these will always be listed on the Groupon and displayed on the map at the bottom of the deal page.
Consultation required; non-candidates and other refund requests will be honored before service provided—If you purchase this deal and then are found ineligible for the service offered in the deal, you won't be able to use your Groupon and will receive a refund.
May redeem across visits— Deals that include more than one service may permit or require multiple visits to the merchant. If the merchant redeems your voucher on your first visit, you'll still be able to use the remainder of your Groupon in subsequent visits.
Final Sale/All sales final— Once you buy the items or tickets in question, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refundable only on day of purchase— This deal is not eligible for cancellation or refunds after 11:59 p.m. CST on the day of purchase and is at that point considered Final Sale.
