Here at Flourished we work hard to make sure all your needs are met and that things go smoothly from booking your appointment to walking out that door. We work very hard to make sure customer service is 100% and that our customers are happy.

ALL returns must be approved to receive full refund or return on any Flouirshed.Co Products, with complete packaging, order Number, and reason for request. For returns Via Mail, The product must be carefully packaged. You are responsible any damage incurred on the return shipment. Please Email us at email@example.com For a return approval. Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 30 days and an E mail confirmation will be sent. Failure to contact Flourished.Co with all of the following information before mailing back ANY product may result in significant delays in obtaining a refund. Flourished.Co reserves the right, at is sole discretion, to reject any return or request for refund. Shipping and handling charges are NONREFUNABLE.
Services: Unfortunately, for spa services we cannot accept any refund request, all services (includes spa packages) purchased, booked or completed services are final and non-refundable. You may be able to exchange for another service of equal or less value if requested to exchange before 24 Hours of booked appointment. Services cannot be refunded on because of concern or expected results. We are committed to assist our guest with all their concerns and shall advise for correction in post treatment protocol and regimen to be followed. It may require a follow-up visit at the spa for free consultation. Bookings and deposits for requested date and time are also non refundable. Booking online gives you the option to request which date and time you would like to receive your service but MUST be confirmed and approved by your service provider. If you booked online and your desired appointment was rescheduled or you would like to reschedule your appointment please call us at (305)-349-3647.
All Coupons or voucher Redemption codes are collected during the time of your booking to reserve your appointment. Please follow our cancelation policy. Canceling your appointment 72 Hours in advance. All coupon vouchers are redeemed at the time of your appointment. If you do not have your redemption code at the time, a card will be taken to hold and reserve your apointment.

Our Groupon vouchers can be redeemed at ANY Flourished Spa location. Please make sure to read groupon policies before purchasing your voucher. If you have any questions please make sure to contact us before purchasing your groupon.
What Is the Groupon Refund Policy?
customers can return any unredeemed Groupon for a refund of the amount paid within the first three days after purchase. After that, all sales are final unless stated otherwise in the Fine Print. Groupons may always be redeemed for at least the amount the customer paid for it—even after the promotional value has expired.
If you attempt to buy a deal without meeting the purchase criteria in the Fine Print—such as the ones listed here—you may encounter trouble at checkout, or you may not be able to use your Groupon with the merchant.

Every Groupon has different terms for expiration. Check the Fine Print and your voucher to find your specific expiration date, before which you'll want to use your voucher.
A few examples of different expiration terms include:
Promotional value expires 120 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires.
Expiration varies (if the Fine Print says this, you'll need to check your Groupon after purchase to view the expiration date of your deal).
Terms for Using Your Groupon:
The Fine Print will let you know what to expect when using your Groupon, including whether a reservation or a visit to the merchant's website is required.
Here is some language you'll come across and what it means:
Valid online only— You'll need to complete your purchase on the merchant's website in order to receive your product(s). Once you buy the deal on Groupon, your Groupon itself will include a "How to Use" section with information on how to do that.
Valid only at purchased location/s— When a Groupon is valid only for one or more specific locations, these will always be listed on the Groupon and displayed on the map at the bottom of the deal page.
Consultation required; non-candidates and other refund requests will be honored before service provided—If you purchase this deal and then are found ineligible for the service offered in the deal, you won't be able to use your Groupon and will receive a refund.
May redeem across visits— Deals that include more than one service may permit or require multiple visits to the merchant. If the merchant redeems your voucher on your first visit, you'll still be able to use the remainder of your Groupon in subsequent visits.
Final Sale/All sales final— Once you buy the items or tickets in question, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refundable only on day of purchase— This deal is not eligible for cancellation or refunds after 11:59 p.m. CST on the day of purchase and is at that point considered Final Sale.
