To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, please take note of our booking policy: Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of $8 is required for all appointments, including those made with Groupon vouchers. This fee secures your appointment time and helps us maintain a smooth scheduling process. No Refunds: Please note that all payments, including the booking fee, are non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any additional charges. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or if you fail to show up, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
