Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Flourished Spa. We are committed to providing you with an exceptional and seamless experience. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, please review our updated booking policies: Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of $10 is required to secure all appointments, including those reserved through third-party platforms such as Groupon. This fee confirms your scheduled time and supports our commitment to personalized service. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum notice of 24 hours. This consideration allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain the quality of our services. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full value of the scheduled service. This policy ensures that our team’s time and resources are respected.
